What does the $500 monthly management fee include?
It covers the operating layer: monthly visibility review, content planning, research oversight, editorial quality control, internal-link and metadata preparation, CMS formatting, scheduling, publication, and a concise performance review. Article production is selected separately at $25 per researched article.
What is included in a standard research article?
A standard article is up to 3,000 words and includes current credible sources, cited statistics, original synthesis, brand-voice grounding, editorial QA, internal-link targets, schema-ready formatting, and one consolidated revision. Interviews, proprietary surveys, custom graphics, and regulated expert review are scoped separately.
Can I change the number of articles each month?
Yes. Choose one or more articles with no plan-level maximum, then change the quantity before renewal. Stripe keeps the current paid allocation intact and applies the new quantity to the next monthly invoice, without a surprise mid-cycle charge.
Do you publish without approval?
No. You approve the direction and the content before it is published. Once approved, we handle formatting, scheduling, and publication through the connected CMS workflow.
Which website platforms do you support?
The managed workflow currently supports WordPress, Shopify, Ghost. We connect through the same secured CMS infrastructure used by the LLMRanks platform.
Does this replace the self-serve LLMRanks platform?
No. The self-serve platform remains fully independent and publicly priced. Managed AI Visibility is an optional direct-brand service for teams that want us to operate the workflow. It is not a hidden upgrade, and we do not solicit an Agency customer's client relationships.
